Of course we’re sad to hear that you need to return your item, and we’re here to help.

You should be aware that as our t-shirts are hand made to order and our ‘collection’ t-shirts are very unique and made to the customers specifications, we do have a strict returns procedure. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

DNA products are produced in limited quantities, individually identifiable, and custom made for you. As such, custom made items are none returnable. However, refunds or replacements will only be accepted if the item is faulty, and can only be considered if:

  • You have not scratched off the scratch panel on the owners certificate
  • You have not removed the orange security band looped through the garment
  • You have not worn, used or damaged the item.

When returning an item, everything that was included with the original purchase must be returned as well. Returning the item is at your expense and will be refunded if we find the item to be faulty. At that point a replacement or refund will also be issued.We will consider each returns request on an individual basis and at our discression. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, including your return postage cost within 5 working days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@unique-dna.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@unique-dna.com and send your item to: DNA, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2 9JQ

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: DNA, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2 9JQ
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
